Salary

Freshers
In-Hand Salary: ₹40,000/month
CTC: ₹5.55 LPA

Experienced
In-Hand Salary: ₹53,000/month
CTC: ₹7.36 LPA

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer interactions in Japanese through voice calls.
Manage collections-related conversations professionally and effectively.
Resolve customer queries while maintaining service quality.
Ensure timely follow-up and accurate documentation.
Meet productivity and quality targets.
