Job Description

Globe Trek Overseas is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic
Admission Counsellor
to join our team in Rudrapur. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for helping students achieve their dream of studying abroad,



and the ability to convert leads into successful admissions, this role is for you

Key Job Responsibilities:
Call and connect with eligible leads generated through various marketing channels.
Assess candidates’ basic eligibility and invite qualified prospects to the office for further evaluation.
Coordinate with the Senior Admission Counsellor by sharing candidate details and assessment outcomes.
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students to maintain engagement throughout the admission process.
Provide initial counselling regarding study abroad opportunities, courses, universities, and the application process.
Assist candidates with information related to immigration procedures, visas, and overseas education consultancy services.

What We’re Looking For:
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi + English).
