Primary Responsibilities:

Managing the Pre-Primary section of the learning center

Teaching and engaging the pre- primary kids at the center through effective implementation of the course curriculum.

Monitoring and tracking the learning and development progress of the enrolled students and introducing cutting-edge ways for their continuous improvement

Analyzing student performance data and providing feedback to parents for their improvement.

Mobilization of community to enroll students to pre-school.

Promoting our pre-school in the village.

Attending capacity building sessions

Conducting LUYM surveys and sessions

Requirement-

Should have prior experience of teaching pre-primary level kids.





Preference will be given to those who have Bachelor's or Master's degree in Early Childhood Education /Nursery Teacher Training or related field.

Remuneration: 12,000 – 15,000/month

Location: Jharkhand (Namkum, Sukurhuttu, Jamuadag)
