Estimation & Cost Planning
Lead the preparation of detailed project cost estimates.
Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
Ensure accurate quantity take-offs and BOQ preparation.
Develop project budgets and preliminary cost plans.
Tender Management
Manage tender submissions within deadlines.
Review and verify tender costing and pricing accuracy.
Prepare rate analysis and comparative cost statements.
Support technical and commercial bid preparation.
Vendor & Subcontractor Coordination
Analyze supplier and subcontractor quotations.
Coordinate with procurement and vendors for updated rates.

Cost Optimization & Feasibility
Conduct project feasibility studies and budget analysis.




Identify value engineering and cost-saving prospects.
Recommend alternative materials and methods for optimization.
Team Leadership & Coordination
Lead and monitor estimation team performance.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, project managers, and execution teams.
Ensure departmental workflow efficiency and task allocation.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain updated estimation records and cost databases.
Implement standard estimation procedures and documentation systems.
Submit estimation reports and project cost summaries to management.
