Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Civil Site Engineer to manage daily operations on construction sites. The ideal candidate will have a robust civil engineering background, ensuring project compliance, safety, and quality while guiding junior engineers and site workers.

Key Responsibilities:
Site Supervision & Management: Oversee site activities to meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Supervise construction teams and ensure compliance with project specifications.
Project Coordination:



Collaborate with Project Managers and stakeholders to implement project plans.
Act as the main contact for clients, contractors, and vendors.
Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with design, codes, and safety standards.
Conduct inspections and maintain detailed site reports.
Health & Safety Management: Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular inspections.
Train team members on safety standards.
Resource Management: Manage manpower, materials, and equipment for productive project execution.
Monitor resource utilization to minimize waste.
Budget & Cost Control: Assist in budget preparation and track project costs.
Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Reporting & Documentation: Prepare progress reports and maintain detailed site logs.
Provide updates to the Project Manager on project status.
Mentor junior engineers and promote teamwork.
Provide training opportunities for team development.
