Job Description: Sales Manager – Private Projects (Architect/Consultant Channel)

Experience:
4–8 years in B2B sales, preferably plumbing/MEP/building materials

Role Overview:

Drive specification and adoption of J-Press piping systems in private construction projects by building robust relationships with architects, MEP consultants, and PMC firms.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage architects, consultants, and design firms to get J-Press specified in private residential, commercial, and hospitality projects
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of private project leads through the architect/consultant channel
Conduct product presentations, technical demos, and site visits for architects and consultants
Coordinate with internal technical teams for specifications, drawings, and BOQ support
Track project lifecycles from specification to execution, ensuring J-Press remains the preferred piping solution




Maintain relationships with existing consultant network while expanding to recent firms
Report on pipeline status, conversion rates, and market feedback

Requirements:
Proven experience selling to architects/consultants in plumbing, MEP, or building materials industry
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings
Technical understanding of piping systems preferred
