As Manager Warehouse at Micron, you will be responsible for providing leadership to enable the error-free handling and distribution of physical goods /raw material for both internal and external traffic requirements. You will provide leadership to systematically enable error-free receiving, packaging, inventory, and management of raw material and tools/spares. In collaboration with the Procurement, Business Operations, Finance and Sales departments, you will help formulate and implement budgets and policies based on company strategies. Working closely with other departments and suppliers, you will help to ensure that customer requirements are met while maintaining product and service quality and consistency.



Duties will also include leading and staffing goals and supervising other team leads and staff, establishing and communicating department goals, monitoring overall performance and working with Logistics and Finish Goods department to follow compliance.

Responsibilities and Tasks-:

Provide leadership of Warehouse
Participate in strategy development with the Management team
Ensure that policies and procedures are created, maintained, and followed
Administer systems to ensure error-free shipments
Connect with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Tax, and Logistics departments to meet customer and compliance requirements

Management of ASRS
Ensure proper stock management using ASRS

Lead fiscal affairs
Ensure that controls are in place and are SOX compliant
Lead the warehouse budget
Lead Import/Export reporting with Customs.
Lead recent Bonded and External Warehouse.

Oversee Warehouse integration activities
Collaborate with the Business Operations, Finance
