Responsibilities:
Plant Maintenance & Reliability
Oversee preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of plant equipment.
Ensure high equipment uptime and reliability.
Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for critical failures.
Implement reliability improvement initiatives (RCM, TPM).
Manage plant maintenance (preventive, predictive, breakdown) to ensure high uptime
Lead Capex projects (expansion, debottlenecking, upgrades) within time & budget
Oversee utilities (boilers, chillers, compressors, ETP, power systems)
Drive process improvement & cost optimization initiatives
Ensure EHS compliance, safety audits, and risk assessments
Handle vendor & contractor management




Lead and develop engineering teams

Required Skills:
Plant maintenance and utilities management
Project management and CAPEX execution
Automation and reliability engineering
Vendor and contractor management
Budget planning and cost optimization
Robust leadership and problem-solving skills

Required Qualification: - B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical

Salary: - Upto 26.00 LPA
