Role Description The Research and Development Manager will lead the formulation, improvement, and testing of herbal and natural health care products, ensuring they align with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and market needs. This full-time, on-site role is based in Jalandhar and involves managing R&D; projects from concept to commercialization, including designing experiments, analyzing results, and preparing technical documentation.

✔ Background in Ayurveda / Ayurvedic Pharma

✔ Robust experience in R&D; and topical product trials

✔ Experience in NPD and product development

✔ Good technical and coordination skills
