We are looking for a relationship manager who can take ownership of the assigned market, develop new business and build strong customer relationships.

What You'll Drive

- Recent customer acquisition and business development
- Territory expansion through field sales
- Lead generation and conversion
- Customer relationship management
- Achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Market visits and identification of new business opportunities

Who Can Apply?

- Graduation Mandatory
- Minimum 2+ Years of Sales / Field Sales Experience
- Candidates from BFSI, Insurance, Banking, NBFC, FMCG, Telecom, Retail, Automobile, Pharma, EdTech or any other sales industry can apply
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Durgapur-based candidates preferred
