Job Description:

Position: Production Engineer

Location: Vapi

Experience: 3 - 5 Years

Industries: Engineering

Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all production activities during the assigned shift to ensure smooth and continuous operations.
Monitor conductor manufacturing processes such as wire drawing, stranding, bunching, and annealing to meet quality and output standards.
Allocate manpower, plan machine loading, and ensure availability of raw materials for uninterrupted production.
Troubleshoot process or machine-related issues and coordinate with maintenance for timely resolution.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols, SOPs, and quality guidelines throughout the shift.
Maintain accurate production reports, shift logs, and communicate shift-wise performance and issues to the Production Manager.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance,



and Stores teams to achieve daily production targets and reduce downtime.
Implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve operational efficiency.

Required Skills
Robust understanding of wire drawing, stranding, and conductor production processes.
Valuable leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage manpower and handle shift operations independently.

Required Qualification: - Diploma/B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical

Salary :- Upto 5.00 LPA
