• Minimum 2–4 years of proven experience in Sports Sales.

• Experience in selling sports products such as bats, rackets, gym equipment, sportswear, fitness products, and other sports-related items.

• Strong communication and customer handling skills.

• Ability to identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.

• Proven track record of achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills. • Ability to generate new leads and convert them into long-term customers.

• Good knowledge of the sports industry, products, and market trends.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

• Positive attitude with strong problem-solving and time management skills.
