Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Senior Social Media Executive to lead our social media presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media strategy, content planning, video editing, and campaign execution. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build engaging campaigns that drive brand awareness, audience growth, and business results.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and others.
Design and edit short-form and long-form video content for Reels, YouTube, and other social platforms.
Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant.
Plan and execute organic and paid social media campaigns to improve reach, engagement, and lead generation.




Analyze campaign performance using social media analytics tools and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
Collaborate with SEO, PPC, design, and content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across digital channels.
Guide and mentor junior team members, review their work, and ensure timely project delivery.

Required Skills
Robust understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.
Experience with content planning, social media calendars, and campaign management.
Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar software.
Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools.
Excellent communication, creativity, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing paid campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, or other social platforms.
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
