About the Role
As a Cloud Specialist, you will be primarily responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data within Hyland's Migration Intelligence and Automation platform. You will focus on monitoring data quality, investigating issues, performing root cause analysis, and driving resolution across systems and teams. Your Role Responsibilities – Here's What You'll Do
Monitor datasets for completeness, accuracy, and timeliness; validate outputs across discovery systems, data pipelines, and reporting layers to ensure data integrity across the Migration Intelligence and Automation platform
Analyze and triage data-related issues reported by stakeholders; perform detailed investigations to identify discrepancies, compare sources, and detect anomalies




Trace data issues across the full lifecycle — from source system through discovery, pipeline, and reporting — to identify and document root causes and contributing factors
Collaborate with Technical Specialists, Architects, and external teams to track and validate the resolution of data issues across systems
Execute data correction and cleanup processes; validate enforcement of data standards and business rules; identify recurring issues and propose improvements
Maintain troubleshooting guides and runbooks; document known issues and resolution patterns; contribute to the continuous improvement of data quality processes

Role Essentials – What You'll Need
Associate's degree or equivalent experience, with solid SQL skills for data analysis and investigation; ability to compare datasets and identify inconsistencies
3+ yrs of Experience
Understanding of data pipelines and data flows; familiarity with reporting tools
