3D Visualizer1. Working closely with architectural and design teams to plan and visualize construction projects2. Presenting and explaining visuals to colleagues and clients3. Prepare 3D rendered perspective and 2d setting for presentation4.
Provide views for architectural plan both interior and exterior design.5. Responsible for the preparation of the schematic design6. Ensuring all ideas are represented as accurately and attractively as possible7.
Assisting with planning decisions8. Creating both static visualizations and animations/CGI (computer generatedimagery)9. Working with industry-standard design tools and programs10. Visualizing building concepts in various graphic mediums11.
Keeping up to date with relevant software advances12. Layout and plans presentations
Software Knowledge: 3D MAX (VRAY), AUTOCAD, ADOBE PHOTOSHOP, ADOBEAFTER EFFECTS, ADOBE PREMIERE PRO
