Key Responsibilities
Research market trends, customer needs, and competitor products.
Assist in the development and improvement of new and existing products.
Coordinate with design, production, procurement, and marketing teams.
Source and evaluate raw materials, vendors, and packaging options.
Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with company standards.
Prepare product documentation, specifications, and reports.
Conduct product testing and collect feedback for continuous improvement.
Manage product development timelines and ensure timely project completion.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in product development or a similar role (Freshers with strong analytical skills may also apply).
Robust research, analytical,



and problem-solving skills.
Valuable communication and coordination abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced setting.

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of product lifecycle management.
Vendor management and sourcing experience.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach.
Creative thinking with a customer-focused mindset.
