Must-Have Skills
Robust experience as a Data Scientist or Machine Learning Engineer, with recent hands-on expertise in Generative AI solutions such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), LLM-based applications, and AI agents.
Solid understanding of Large Language Model (LLM) fundamentals, including transformer architectures, embeddings, prompting techniques, fine-tuning concepts, and the mathematical principles underpinning ML models.
Proficiency in developing Python-based AI applications that integrate with LLM platforms (e.g., OpenAI/Azure OpenAI), with experience building scalable agentic and GenAI solutions.
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure) and AI/ML services (e.g., OpenAI API, GPT, Llama et al).
Expertise with programming languages such as Python, and frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch,



LangGraph or langChain etc.
Bachelors or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business solutions.

Nice-to-Have Skills
Knowledge of ethical AI principles, data privacy regulations, and responsible AI practices.
Program and engineering delivery management expertise
