We are seeking a agile AI Product Manager based in Mumbai to own and drive the development of our flagship product - Nurse Companion, our AI-driven learning and upskilling app for healthcare specialists preparing for international roles. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building AI-first SaaS products in healthcare, with the ability to translate customer needs into impactful product features.

Key Responsibilities
Product Ownership: Define and drive the roadmap for Nurse Companion, ensuring alignment with company vision and customer needs.
AI/GenAI Product Development: Work with engineering and design teams to conceptualize, develop, and deliver AI-driven features (e.g., real-time voice-to-structure, contextual workflow assistants, adaptive learning modules).
Customer Research: Engage with nurses, administrators, and healthcare facilities to gather feedback, validate hypotheses, and prioritize features.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Define and track success metrics, using data to inform iterations and improvements.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with engineering, solutions,



and leadership teams to translate business objectives into technical requirements.
Compliance Awareness: Ensure features meet data privacy and compliance standards (GDPR, HIPAA, German Pflege documentation norms).

Must-Have Qualifications
2–5 years of product management experience in AI/GenAI or SaaS products (health tech experience strongly preferred).
Strong educational background: Bachelor’s from IIT/BITS; MBA from IIM/ISB preferred.
Proven track record of delivering SaaS products from ideation to market.
Familiarity with LLMs, speech-to-text, or other AI technologies.
Solid analytical skills with the ability to make data-informed decisions.
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.

Nice to Have
Experience with healthcare workflows (documentation, EHR, compliance systems) and/or learning & training platforms.
Exposure to German/EU healthcare markets or regulatory environments.
Prior startup experience, ideally in fast-paced 0→1 product environments.
Technical background or hands-on familiarity with AI/ML concepts.
