We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage day-to-day export operations.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in order processing, shipment coordination, documentation, and export operations management.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end export operations and order processing
Coordinate with buyers, vendors, freight forwarders & CHA
Prepare and verify export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL, etc.)
Track shipments and ensure timely delivery
Manage order status and update internal teams
Ensure compliance with export regulations and documentation standards
Coordinate with logistics, production, and accounts teams
Handle payment follow-ups and documentation support




Maintain operational reports and MIS
