Attend customers at the sales counter and understand their requirements.
Explain product features, designs, prices, offers, and availability.
Assist customers in selecting suitable products based on their preferences and budget.
Generate sales and achieve daily/monthly sales targets.
Handle billing, cash/card/UPI payments, and maintain proper transaction records.
Maintain product displays and ensure the counter is clean and properly organized.
Check stock availability and coordinate with the store/warehouse team for replenishment.
Handle customer queries, complaints, exchanges, and replacements professionally.
Maintain customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
Prepare daily sales reports and submit them to the reporting manager.
Monitor quick-moving and slow-moving products and inform the concerned team.
Follow company policies, pricing guidelines, and customer service standards.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
