Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a quick-paced environment. The Account Assistant will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day accounting tasks, including data entry, reconciliations, and assisting with month-end close.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with daily accounting tasks, including data entry, reconciliations, and journal entries
Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents
Assist with month-end close procedures, including preparing account reconciliations and journal entries
Maintain accurate and organized financial records
Communicate with clients and vendors to resolve any billing or payment issues
Assist with the preparation of financial reports and analysis
Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes
Support the accounting team with ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field




6 months - 1 year of experience in an accounting or finance role
Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Salary : 10000-12000

Job Timing : 09:15 am to 06:00 pm

Weekly Off : Sunday
