Position: AM/Dy. Manager- Instrument

Location: Panoli near by Ankleshwar

Experience: 8- 11 Years

Industries: Chemical

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with projects department, procure, install and implement current projects
Carry out ISO calibration and preventive maintenance & routine checks on all installed instruments
Repair/replace any damaged instrument on routine daily rounds, prepare reports of the same and forward it to Engineering Services Head
Coordinate with the Production, QC, R&D;, Pilot plant, Maintenance and Stores departments for modification purposes
Prepare a list of all spare parts relating to their present quantity/number and additional requirements
Order the critical spares as and when required by the department to minimize cost and collect the spares from the Stores department on their arrival
Implement recent ideas for greater automation of instruments in consultation with engineering Services Head and the related department for increasing the efficiency
Procure recent instrument for new/existing project(s)



in consultation with the Engineering Services Head and the related department
Program automated instruments on new processes in case of unit addition of existing instruments
Provide adequate supplementary instrument(s) in case of unavailability of spares leading to delays in repairs

Required Knowledge/Skills:
Thorough knowledge of the workings of instruments
Basic computer software knowledge, Industrial safety, basic knowledge of electrical fittings & equipments
Up-to-date knowledge of the latest instruments
Analytical skills, Pressure tolerance, Resourcefulness, Problem Solving
Learning skills, Coordinating skills, Problem Sensitivity

Required Qualification: - BE/B.Tech - Instrumentation

Salary:- Upto 12.00 LPA
