Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Angular Lead / Architect with strong expertise in front-end architecture and team leadership. The role involves designing scalable Angular applications, mentoring developers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, performance-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Development
Lead the design and development of scalable Angular applications
Define and implement front-end architecture and best practices
Ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability

Team Leadership
Mentor and manage a team of front-end developers
Conduct code reviews and guide developers on best practices
Drive adoption of modern development tools and AI-assisted workflows

Collaboration
Work closely with product, UX, backend teams, and stakeholders
Participate in technical discussions, solution design, and reviews




Support client interactions and project delivery

Mandatory Skills
8–12 years of IT experience with strong Angular development
Expertise in Angular, TypeScript, and RxJS
Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS/SCSS, and REST API integration
Experience in front-end architecture and design patterns
Hands-on experience with state management (NgRx or similar)
Experience with unit testing (Jasmine/Karma or equivalent)
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies
Proven experience in leading or mentoring development teams

Positive to Have
Experience with AI-powered developer tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT)
Exposure to micro-frontend architecture
Knowledge of performance optimization and accessibility standards
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Experience in client-facing roles
