Diya Greencity Private Limited is looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Relationship Manager (ARM) to join our team for our affordable group housing project – Diya Greencity.

This project is developed under the affordable housing policy of Awas Bandhu, U.P. Housing & Development Board, Uttar Pradesh Government, offering a great career growth opportunity for individuals looking to establish themselves in the real estate and housing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling queries and providing accurate resolutions.

✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high satisfaction levels.

✅ Assist in the home-buying process, guiding customers through documentation and post-sales support.

✅ Collaborate with sales, CRM, and legal teams to streamline customer communication.

✅ Track customer interactions using CRM software and maintain detailed records.

✅ Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.

✅ Analyze customer feedback and provide insights for service improvement.

✅ Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry best practices.





✅ Work closely with the management team to enhance overall customer engagement and retention.

Qualifications & Skills:

✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

✔️ 5+ years of experience in customer relationship management, preferably in real estate or housing projects.

✔️ Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to build and maintain customer relationships.

✔️ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

✔️ Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.

✔️ Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer data and market trends.

✔️ Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

✔️ Flexibility to work on weekends or extended hours if required.

Work Timings:

? Monday to Saturday

⏰ 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
