Role Overview

We are looking for a agile, target-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead revenue growth, market expansion, and customer acquisition for ZMR Mobility in Bengaluru. This role owns the regional sales strategy end-to-end, from pipeline building to team leadership to partner development.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and drive monthly and quarterly sales, leasing, and vehicle deployment targets for the region.
- Build and scale a strong B2B, fleet, and retail lead pipeline; lead conversion strategy across segments.
- Lead, train, and manage the regional sales team to consistently hit targets.
- Develop and grow partnerships with fleet operators, corporates, and channel partners across Bengaluru.
- Design and execute regional go-to-market and sales strategies aligned with company growth goals.
- Track sales pipeline, collections, conversion rates, and other regional performance KPIs.
- Coordinate with central teams (marketing, operations, finance)



to ensure strong execution and customer experience.
- Represent ZMR Mobility in regional industry forums, partner meetings, and key client engagements.

Candidate Profile

- 3–6 years of experience in Sales, preferably in EV, automotive, mobility, leasing, logistics, or fleet management.
- Strong knowledge of the Bengaluru market and its B2B/fleet ecosystem.
- Proven track record of leading sales teams and hitting revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Target-oriented, self-driven, and comfortable managing field engagement effectively.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools.
- Kannada, Hindi, and English preferred.

Compensation

CTC: ₹12–18 LPA, based on experience and fit
