Job Title: RSM

Job Overview The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and leading the sales operations within the assigned region. The role involves managing and mentoring the regional sales team, developing channel partners, executing sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of business objectives. The Regional Sales Manager plays a key role in strengthening Vatech India's market position while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Business Growth

- Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Drive revenue growth and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the region.
- Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and growth areas.
- Prepare regional sales forecasts and business plans.

Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Lead, coach, and mentor Business Development Managers and Sales Executives within the region.
- Set sales targets, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback and guidance.
- Conduct performance reviews, field visits, and sales coaching sessions.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new sales team members.

Channel & Key Account Management
- Develop and strengthen relationships with key customers, dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Expand and manage the regional dealer network.
- Handle strategic and high-value customer accounts.
- Resolve escalated customer concerns and ensure long-term business relationships.

Market Development & Competitive Intelligence
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Identify opportunities for market expansion and increased market share.
- Recommend pricing, promotional strategies,



and business initiatives based on market insights.
- Ensure effective execution of product launches and regional marketing campaigns.

Collaboration & Cross-functional Coordination
- Work closely with Marketing, Technical, Service, Product Management, and Finance teams to support business growth.
- Ensure seamless coordination for product demonstrations, installations, customer training, and after-sales support.
- Participate in strategic planning meetings and contribute to business decisions.

Reporting & Business Analytics
- Monitor sales pipeline, revenue, profitability, and regional performance.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and performance dashboards.
- Review CRM data to ensure accurate prospect tracking and reporting.
- Present regional business reviews and action plans to senior management.

Brand Representation

- Represent Vatech India at regional exhibitions, conferences, dealer meets, and industry events.
- Strengthen brand visibility and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and industry stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
- MBA is preferred.
- 6–8 years of experience in medical device, dental equipment, healthcare, or capital equipment sales.
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience managing a regional sales team.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
