The Field Technical Supervisor/ Engineer is responsible for executing and overseeing site-level activities, including material sampling, technical training, complaint resolution, and supervision of application processes. This role ensures compliance with product specifications, promotes best practices, and serves as a key liaison between clients, applicators, and internal technical teams.

Requirements
Site Sampling & Technical Validation
Conduct material and substrate sampling as per project specifications and QA protocols.
Document site conditions, application readiness, and deviations with photographic and written reports.
Coordinate with lab teams for sample analysis and result interpretation.

Training & Skill Development
Deliver hands-on training sessions to applicators and site teams on product usage, safety, and installation techniques.




Customize training content for multilingual and culturally diverse teams.
Evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Complaint

Handling & Resolution
Investigate product- or application-related complaints through site visits and stakeholder interviews.
Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
Maintain detailed complaint logs and ensure timely closure with client satisfaction.

Supervision & Compliance Monitoring
Supervise daily site activities to ensure adherence to technical specifications and safety standards.
Coordinate manpower, equipment, and material logistics to maintain workflow continuity.
Escalate non-compliance or critical issues to senior technical or operations teams.
