Description

Roles and responsibilities:
ESP Calculations & Design in case of a schedule not provided by the customer.
Fan selection / Cost Estimation / Quotation
Follow up on Quotation.
Preparing Technical Submittal.
Preparation of Order Estimation sheet and get it approved by Sales Manager/Sr.Manager.
Preparation of the Project file and handing over the file to the Sales Coordinator.
Get the specifications from the contractors, based on the customer specification and the equipment schedule, select fan models and quote based on the price list & Cost Sheet.
Prepare submittal based on the contract specification and submit to the contractor/ consultant for approval. Sending the order acknowledgement to customers.

Must have skills:
Bachelor/PG in Mechanical Engineering
Understanding of HVAC Systems (AHU & Ventilation), Refrigeration Cycle
Valuable communication skills

Qualifications
Graduation or Post Graduation in Mechanical Engineering
Relevant exp. as an Application Engineer or similar roles
Understanding of HVAC Systems, Heat Load Calculations, HVAC Design using AutoCAD or similar software
Experience in Sales support - creating quotations and understanding of commercials
Understanding of creating Technical submittals based on project specifications
Positive communications skills - written & verbal
