Key Roles & Responsibilities
Team Manager – Managing the team responsible for Non-liability (Fire, Engg, Marine, Terrorism etc.) Facultative placements with re-insurers.
Handling of Special Acceptances (Treaty referrals) with Reinsurer.
Reconciliation of various Reinsurance registers accurately and timely.
Claim intimations/ Data Preparation/ Analysis of data.
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and support audit processes.
Drive automation of workflows to enhance efficiency.

Key Requirements – Education & Certificates
Postgraduate preferably in General insurance domain.
III qualifications

Key Requirements - Experience & Skills
Experience: Minimum 5 to 8 year of hands-on experience with Commercial Lines products.
Domain Knowledge: Solid exposure to General Insurance products (Commercial Lines) is mandatory.
Excellent interdepartmental coordination and communication skills.
Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven attitude.
Solid command of MS Excel, Word, and Presentation tools.
