Job Title: Associate Architect

Location: Pune, India - Work From Office

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Draftsman / Architectural Designer with 3–4 years of skilled experience in handling USA-based architectural projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in preparing Construction Documents (CD Sets), Permit Sets, and Working Drawings, and be proficient in industry-standard software.

Requirements
Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
3–4 years of experience in architectural drafting/design.
Proven experience working on USA projects.
Robust knowledge of CD Sets, Permit Drawings, and Working Drawings.
Proficiency in
Revit
AutoCAD
SketchUp

Preferred Skills (Optional)
Experience with BIM coordination.
Familiarity with US building codes (IBC, ADA, zoning regulations, etc.).
Knowledge of rendering tools (Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, etc.).
Experience working with remote/international teams
