Promotion of Green Buildings and IGBC membership. This includes market analysis, participating in customer reach out events, meetings with key stakeholders, developing and executing:

· Membership Drive strategies for acquiring Current members

· Engagement programs for handling existing members

· Campaigns and creative briefs for marketing/membership communications,

· Conducting awareness and networking programmes, etc.

· Co-ordination with Central Ministries, State Departments and Development Agencies.

Requirements

Desired Experience : 2–6 years of work experience in marketing and sales (preferably in real estate / building materials or other related sectors)

Education Qualification & Skills Required

· BE / B Tech in (preferably Civil, Mechanical) – Minimum First Class

· MBA / PG Diploma in Marketing – Minimum First Class

· Excellent written and oral communication skills required

· Skilled approach, Multitasker, Relationship Management, Metrics-driven & Creative with a flair for social media and other digital platforms
