Key Responsibilities

Visit customers at their residence or business location for overdue payment collections.

Follow up on delinquent accounts and ensure timely recovery of outstanding amounts.

Negotiate payment plans and settlements as per company guidelines.

Maintain accurate records of customer visits, commitments, and recoveries.

Update collection status in the system on a daily basis.

Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies during collection activities.

Identify skip cases and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.

Build and maintain skilled relationships with customers.

Achieve monthly collection targets assigned by the management.

Report daily activities and recovery status to the Team Leader/Manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Valuable communication and negotiation skills.

Basic understanding of banking/finance collections process.

Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally.

Willingness to travel locally for field visits.

Basic knowledge of MS Office / mobile-based collection apps.

Two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred).
