Key Responsibilities:
Model Development: Create and manage detailed BIM models (e.g., Revit) while integrating design data in collaboration with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders.
Collaboration: Foster effective communication across disciplines to ensure seamless integration of design elements within the BIM workplace.
Clash Detection: Perform clash detection and coordinate resolution through review sessions and project coordination meetings.
Documentation: Produce accurate construction drawings, schedules,



and reports derived from BIM models in accordance with project standards.
Model Coordination: Coordinate building components to optimize spatial efficiency and alignment with overall project models.
Quality Assurance: Conduct regular model reviews to ensure accuracy, compliance with standards, and adherence to best practices.
Training & Support: Provide BIM software training and workflow support to project teams, promoting continuous learning and effective BIM adoption.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a BIM Coordinator.
Proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Revit).
Solid communication and collaboration skills.
