RPA DEVELOPER – AUTOMATION ANYWHERE

Responsibilities
Develop, test, and implement RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere
Collaborate with business analysts and other stakeholders to identify automation prospects
Analyze business processes and recommend automation solutions
Create and maintain technical documentation for RPA solutions
Provide support and troubleshooting for RPA solutions
Stay current on Automation Anywhere updates and industry trends
Conduct training sessions for end-users and other developers as needed
Participate in project planning and estimation

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
3+ years of experience with Automation Anywhere development
Solid knowledge of RPA concepts and best practices




Experience with one or more programming languages (e.g. Java, Python)
Understanding of database concepts and SQL
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and in a team workplace
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Additional qualifications (preferred)
Automation Anywhere certification(s)
Experience with other RPA tools (e.g. UiPath, Blue Prism)
Familiarity with Agile methodologies
Experience with software development methodologies (e.g. Waterfall, Scrum)
