Job Description:

Position: Maintenance Manager

Location: Vapi

Experience: 8 - 10 Years

Responsibilities:
Maintenance Management
Plan, organize, and oversee all mechanical maintenance activities (preventive, predictive, and corrective).
Ensure maximum equipment uptime and operational efficiency.
Develop and implement maintenance schedules for critical equipment such as pumps, compressors, reactors, heat exchangers, and pipelines.
Thorough knowledge of mechanical Machinery, Electrical, DG, AHU, RO, ETP, Boiler, Chiller, Filling / Packing Machines. Basic knowledge of PLC troubleshooting, servo motors and drives.
Robust leadership and personnel management skills. Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills. Lead all maintenance and repair-related activities in the company, keeping in mind the roles of a repair manager
Attending Internal Documents & Statutory Audits, Team Handling
Ensure compliance with all applicable safety, environmental, Cleaning and regulatoryrequirements.




In addition to the above-mentioned duties and job functions, any other assignments given by Management
Ensure continuous availability of plant & machinery and utilities required. Develop & implement a comprehensive maintenance program for all production lines, equipment & utilities.
Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of mechanical engineers, supervisors, and technicians.
Allocate manpower and resources effectively to meet maintenance targets. Conduct performance evaluations and identify training needs.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce breakdowns and maintenance costs.
Analyze equipment failure data and implement corrective actions.
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety standards, company policies, and statutory regulations.
Promote a solid safety culture and ensure adherence to permit-to-work systems.
Participate in risk assessments and safety audits.
