Role Description The Regional Head role at Deltax is a full time, on-site position based in Surat. This role is responsible for overseeing regional business operations, driving revenue growth, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing and mentoring branch and sales teams, setting performance targets, monitoring market trends, and developing strategies to expand the client base.

The Regional

Head collaborates with senior leadership to implement business plans, optimize operational efficiency, and uphold client satisfaction. The role also involves regular reporting,



risk monitoring, coordination with support functions, and representing the organization in key regional client and stakeholder interactions.

Qualifications

- Strong regional business management skills, including team leadership, performance monitoring, and branch operations oversight.
- Solid understanding of financial markets, broking services, and regulatory compliance within the securities industry.
- Proficiency in strategic planning, target setting, and execution of growth initiatives for client acquisition and retention.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills for working with clients, teams, and senior stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze market data, identify business opportunities, and make data-informed decisions.
- Comfort with technology-driven trading platforms and basic proficiency in relevant productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, CRM systems).
- Demonstrated ability to build high-performance teams and foster a culture of integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; an advanced degree or professional certification in finance or securities markets is an advantage.
- Prior experience in a regional or senior branch leadership role within broking or financial services is highly preferred.
