Role Description This is an Internship, on-site Recruiting Intern role based in Hyderabad.

The Recruiting

Intern will support the talent acquisition team in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews for various positions. Daily tasks include maintaining candidate databases, scheduling and following up on interviews, and assisting with onboarding and training logistics. The role also involves communicating with candidates and hiring managers, updating recruitment trackers,



and helping implement recruitment-related documentation and processes. The intern will gain exposure to end-to-end recruitment activities, employer branding initiatives, and HR best practices within a leading manufacturing organization.

Tenure: 6 Months

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Recruiting and Hiring, including sourcing candidates and supporting end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Candidates should possess skills in Interviewing and assessment, including coordinating interviews and assisting in candidate evaluation.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess skills in Training support, including coordinating induction sessions and assisting with basic training logistics.
- Completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a quick-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and comfort using recruitment tools or HR software.
- Interest in building a career in HR and talent acquisition within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
