## About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter to join our consulting firm. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in client hiring and possess robust sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills. This role requires working closely with clients across multiple industries to identify and hire quality talent within defined timelines.

## Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for client mandates across various industries and functions.

Understand client requirements and prepare sourcing strategies accordingly.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, social media, and networking.

Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.

Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidate suitability.

Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.

Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.





Manage offer negotiations, documentation, and joining formalities.

Build and maintain a strong candidate database and talent pipeline.

Ensure timely closure of positions and achievement of hiring targets.

Prepare recruitment reports and update trackers regularly.

Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide regular hiring updates.

## Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, staffing, consulting, or executive search.

Hands-on experience in client hiring is mandatory.

Strong sourcing skills using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.

Strong coordination, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Good knowledge of recruitment processes and hiring metrics.

Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Own laptop is mandatory.

Immediate joiners preferred.
