Position: Recruiter & International Process Trainer Employment Type: Full-Time Location: On-Site Experience: 1–3 years preferred Job Summary We are looking for a Recruiter & International Process Trainer who can independently handle the complete hiring and training cycle for our international process. Key ResponsibilitiesSource and identify suitable candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels. Screen candidates based on communication skills, attitude, and process requirements.

Conduct initial interviews and coordinate the hiring process. Maintain a pipeline of suitable candidates for current and future requirements. Conduct onboarding and induction for selected candidates. Train recent employees on the international process, calling standards, communication, scripts, objection handling, and process guidelines .

Conduct mock calls and role plays to prepare candidates for live calling. Monitor trainee performance during the training period and provide feedback.



Ensure employees are fully prepared before moving to the live process.

Maintain recruitment and training records and provide regular updates to management. RequirementsGood communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in recruitment, BPO, international calling, or training preferred.

Comfortable conducting interviews and training sessions. Good understanding of basic recruitment and screening techniques. Ability to communicate confidently in English. Strong organisational and follow-up skills.

Ability to handle multiple hiring and training requirements simultaneously.

Key Performance

IndicatorsNumber and quality of candidates hired. Hiring turnaround time. Candidate joining and retention rate. Training completion rate. Trainee performance after going live.

Ideal Candidate: Someone who can find the right people, hire them, train them, and make them process-ready with minimum supervision.
