About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, and sourcing quality talent across various skill sets and experience levels.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen and evaluate candidate profiles based on job requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand workforce requirements.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.




- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.
- Negotiate offers and drive candidate closures within agreed timelines.

Required Skills

- 2-4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
- Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn, Naukri, and other recruitment platforms.
- Experience in handling IT and/or Non-IT hiring.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Strong interview coordination and candidate engagement skills.
- Good understanding of recruitment metrics and hiring processes.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience working in staffing, consulting, or corporate recruitment environments.
