About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team in Mumbai. This pivotal role involves leading talent acquisition efforts across manufacturing, data centers, semiconductors, and BioPharma sectors. As a Senior Recruiter, you will be instrumental in sourcing, attracting, and onboarding top talent for some of the most innovative and rapidly expanding industries.

Your expertise will help shape the workforce of tomorrow by identifying candidates with specialized technical skills and aligning their strengths with our clients’ strategic objectives. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of successful recruitment within manufacturing, data centers, semiconductors, or BioPharma industries. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Strong familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), particularly Bullhorn, and sourcing tools is essential.





Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required to effectively engage candidates and collaborate with hiring managers. The candidate should demonstrate strong organizational abilities, agility in managing multiple requisitions, and a goal-oriented mindset. Prior experience in technical recruitment, industry-specific knowledge, and a proactive approach to sourcing and candidate engagement are highly valued.

Responsibilities In this role, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Industry-Focused Hiring: Identify and attract top-tier professionals for manufacturing, cleanroom operations, data center management, and life sciences roles by leveraging industry-specific networks and sourcing channels.
- Strategic Sourcing: Implement creative and effective sourcing strategies across various platforms, including job boards, social media, and industry forums, to build a diverse talent pipeline.
- Candidate Engagement: Cultivate long-term relationships with niche talent pools, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- ATS Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within Bullhorn, including job postings, interview notes, and candidate status updates.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and deliver quality hires that meet organizational standards and expectations.
- Event Participation: Represent NES Fircroft at industry-specific job fairs, networking events,



and conferences to promote our brand and attract potential candidates.
- Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and best practices to maintain high standards of quality and integrity.
- KPI Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed recruitment targets and deadlines, contributing to the overall success of the talent acquisition team.
