Job Summary

We are looking for a Recruitment Executive/Trainee who is interested in building a career in Oil & Gas and Engineering recruitment. The candidate will support the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding candidates for technical and project-based requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment for Oil & Gas and Engineering projects.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and internal databases.
- Search and identify candidates for technical and non-technical positions.
- Screen resumes based on qualification, experience, skills, and job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate calls and understand their experience, availability, location, and salary expectations.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.




- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist in offer negotiation, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily MIS.
- Support bulk hiring and urgent manpower requirements for project/site locations.
- Build a database of candidates from the Oil & Gas, EPC, Engineering, and Construction sectors.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure positions are closed within the required timelines.

Skills Required
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong interest in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good sourcing and candidate follow-up skills.
- Ability to learn and understand technical job profiles.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to work with recruitment targets and deadlines.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
