About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team in Mumbai. As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and securing top talent that aligns with our clients' technical and cultural requirements.

Your expertise will directly impact the growth and success of our clients by delivering high-quality candidates efficiently and effectively. This role requires a strategic mindset, technical knowledge, and excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. You will work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple roles simultaneously while maintaining a focus on quality and compliance.

Qualifications To succeed in this role, candidates should possess proven experience in technical recruitment within manufacturing, data centres, semiconductors, or BioPharma sectors.



A strong understanding of industry-specific roles, technical requirements, and market trends is essential. Candidates should be proficient in using ATS systems, preferably Bullhorn, and sourcing tools to identify and engage passive candidates.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are vital for building long-term relationships with candidates and clients. Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are necessary. A proactive, goal-oriented attitude combined with a passion for exceeding targets will set successful candidates apart.

A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, along with relevant recruitment certifications.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Recruiter, your primary responsibilities will include sourcing and attracting top talent for specialized roles in manufacturing, data centres, semiconductors, and BioPharma. You will develop and execute strategic sourcing plans using various channels such as industry networks, social media platforms, and job boards. Building and maintaining a robust talent pipeline through proactive engagement and relationship management is crucial.

You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and deliver candidates that meet both skill and cultural fit. Managing the recruitment lifecycle within the ATS, including job postings, candidate tracking, interview coordination, and offer management, will be key to your daily activities. Representing NES Fircroft at industry events, job fairs,



and networking functions will enhance our brand presence and attract high-quality candidates.

Ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies throughout the recruitment process is essential. You will also be responsible for meeting key performance indicators related to time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate experience, consistently striving to exceed these metrics.
