The role involves contacting customers with overdue loan or EMI payments, explaining outstanding dues, negotiating repayment plans, and ensuring timely recovery while maintaining a skilled and customer-friendly approach. This is a voice-based recovery role and does not involve field collections.

Candidates should be comfortable making a high volume of calls, handling customer objections, and working towards monthly recovery targets. Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to customers for overdue loan EMIs and pending payments. Inform customers about outstanding dues, repayment schedules, and payment options.

Follow up with customers to secure payment commitments and ensure timely collections. Handle customer queries related to loan repayments and overdue accounts. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payment commitments, and follow-up actions.





Track and monitor assigned loan portfolios to achieve collection targets. Escalate unresolved or sensitive cases to the Team Leader. Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and company policies during all customer interactions.

Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while dealing with customers.

Eligibility

CriteriaGraduate in any discipline. 1–3 years of experience in collections, loan recovery, telecalling, customer service, NBFC, banking, fintech, or BPO processes. Good communication skills in Hindi and English . Comfortable with outbound calling and recovery targets. Basic computer knowledge and CRM/data entry skills. Strong negotiation and customer handling abilities. Candidates based in Gurgaon/NCR or willing to relocate will be preferred.
