In this position, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and securing top talent for some of the most cutting-edge and technically demanding sectors. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their technical needs and develop strategic recruitment plans to fill critical roles efficiently and effectively.

This role requires a blend of technical understanding, strategic sourcing skills, and relationship management to ensure the delivery of high-quality candidates that align with company standards and client expectations.

Qualifications To succeed in this role,



candidates should possess proven recruitment experience within manufacturing, data centres, semiconductors, or BioPharma sectors. A strong understanding of technical roles and industry-specific requirements is essential. Candidates should be tech-savvy, comfortable utilizing ATS systems such as Bullhorn, and familiar with various sourcing tools and platforms.

Excellent communication skills are vital, with the ability to engage confidently and clearly with candidates and clients at all levels. Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are crucial. A goal-oriented mindset, driven by targets and results, will ensure success in this high-impact role.

A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, along with relevant industry certifications if available.

Responsibilities

Industry-Focused Hiring: Identify, attract, and place top talent in manufacturing, cleanroom operations, data centre management, and life sciences roles, ensuring alignment with technical specifications and company standards.

Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies across multiple channels including job boards, social media platforms, and industry networks to build a diverse and qualified talent pool.

Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain long-term relationships with niche talent pools, providing a positive candidate experience and maintaining a robust pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

ATS Management: Keep the applicant tracking system (Bullhorn) updated with accurate job postings, candidate statuses, interview notes, and communication logs to streamline the recruitment process.

Client Collaboration:



Partner closely with hiring managers to understand detailed technical requirements, provide market insights, and deliver high-quality candidates within agreed timelines.

Event Participation: Represent NES Fircroft at industry-specific job fairs, networking events, and conferences to promote our brand and attract top talent.

Compliance & Quality: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards, maintaining high-quality standards throughout the process.

KPI Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed recruitment targets and deadlines, contributing to the overall success of the recruitment team and organizational objectives.
