Job Overview

We are looking for a pleasant and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for members and visitors of the Society.

This role involves managing the front desk, handling calls and enquiries, and directing members to the right department in a courteous and helpful manner, creating a positive impression of the Society.

Job Responsibilities

Manage the front desk, handle enquiries, and support administrative tasks to ensure a positive member experience.

- Greet and assist members and visitors at the front desk courteously.
- Answer, screen, and route incoming telephone calls promptly.
- Handle member enquiries on products (deposits, loans, gold loan) and guide them to the concerned department.
- Maintain the visitor register and manage appointment scheduling.
- Manage incoming and outgoing courier, mail, and dispatch at the front desk.
- Assist members in filling account-opening, KYC, and loan-application forms.
- Keep the reception area tidy and ensure notices and brochures are properly displayed.




- Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure prompt member service.

Qualifications We are looking for candidates with a pleasant personality and good communication skills; freshers may apply.

- 12th pass or Graduate in any discipline.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
- 0 to 3 years of experience at a front desk / reception; freshers with good communication skills may apply.
- Pleasant personality and skilled telephone etiquette.
- Good communication in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
- Customer-service orientation and patience.
- Punctuality and a well-groomed, presentable appearance.
