Job Summary -

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Executive to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounts receivable processes, payment collections, customer reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial records. The role requires strong follow-up skills, effective client communication, and the ability to ensure timely collections for healthy cash flow.

Note: Candidates must have hands-on experience in customer account reconciliations and payment follow-up emails with clients/parties.

Accounts Receivable Executive,

Accounts Receivable Ledger Reconciliation,

Coordination with customers

- Handle Customers , client coordination and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up with customers for outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.
- Process and record incoming payments accurately.
- Monitor and manage Accounts Receivable transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare, verify, and issue sales invoices accurately and on time.
- Generate and manage E-Way Bills in compliance with applicable regulations.
- Process and verify sales bills with complete accuracy.
- Perform customer account reconciliations and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Monitor debtor balances and follow up on overdue invoices.




- Coordinate with creditors and suppliers to resolve payment-related issues when required.
- Send professional payment reminder and reconciliation emails to customers.
- Maintain proper documentation of all payment communications and collection activities.
- Handle petty cash transactions and maintain related records.
- Prepare periodic Accounts Receivable reports and support month-end closing activities.

Required Qualifications -

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar finance role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software/ SAP
- Experience in customer reconciliation and payment follow-up.
- Preferred Skills -
- Experience in E-Way Bill generation.
- Knowledge of GST and basic accounting regulations.
- Ability to draft skilled payment follow-up and reconciliation emails.
- Experience working with ERP systems such as Tally, SAP, or similar accounting software.

Responsibilities:

- Invoice Creation: Prepared and drafted accurate billing statements, ensuring all products/services are accounted for.
- Client Communication: Liaised with clients to clarify billing details and address any discrepancies.
- Account reconciliation: Reviewed accounts to ensure consistency between billing records and payments received.
- Payment Tracking: Monitored and recorded payments against invoices to ensure timely collection.
- Document Preparation: Drafted and maintained clear and exact billing documentation for internal records and audits.
- Compliance: Ensured all bills adhered to company policies and legal requirements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
