We are looking for a Real Estate Sales Executive to handle land promotion and sales activities . The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, promoting available land, conducting site visits, explaining plot details, following up with customers and converting enquiries into land bookings and registrations . This is a sales and closing role , where the candidate will be responsible for the customer journey from enquiry to registration.

Your ResponsibilitiesHandle customers visiting the project site. Understand customer budget and plot requirements. Explain the project, location, pricing and available plots. Show suitable plots to customers.

Explain project infrastructure and amenities. Handle customer questions and objections. Follow up with customers after site visits. Handle price discussions and negotiations within company guidelines. Convert interested customers into bookings.

Maintain daily customer and follow-up records. Coordinate with the Telecalling and marketing team Achieve monthly sales targets.



Main KPI Site Visit → Booking Conversion → Registration The primary responsibility is to convert qualified site visitors into successful bookings and support the customer throughout the sales process until the registration process is completed .

Candidate

RequirementsGood Tamil communication is mandatory.

Basic

English communication. Confident face-to-face communication. Good negotiation and convincing skills. Robust follow-up ability. Target-oriented mindset. Comfortable speaking with customers.

Basic

WhatsApp / smartphone knowledge. Should know how to use CRM software for lead management, customer follow-up, site visit updates and sales tracking.

Experience PreferredCandidates with experience in: Real Estate Sales Property Sales Field Sales Direct Sales Telesales / Inside Sales Automobile Sales Banking / Financial Sales will be preferred. Freshers with excellent communication and strong sales ability may also apply.

Salary & Incentives ₹18,000 – ₹25,000/month Performance Incentives Additional incentives based on: Site visits Successful bookings Monthly sales target High performers can earn significantly more through incentives.
