- Is confident with cold outreach, meetings, pitching and closing
- Has an entrepreneurial mindset
- Wants to earn based on results, not just hours
- Can independently build a sales pipeline and convert opportunities

How does the earning work?This is a performance-based chance. Instead of a fixed salary, you earn a percentage/commission on the business you generate and close.
