Role Description The Real Estate Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane, responsible for managing and optimizing real estate assets and tenancies across Seed Realty’s portfolios. The role includes overseeing property operations, coordinating lease administration, managing tenant relationships, and ensuring timely handling of utilities, inspections, and documentation.

The Real Estate

Manager will collaborate closely with the research and consulting team to support entry and exit decisions, fair value reporting,



and performance analysis for commercial and residential properties. Daily tasks involve monitoring market trends, supporting negotiations, coordinating with banks and external partners when needed, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. The individual in this role will contribute to improving portfolio performance and client satisfaction through proactive management and clear communication.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Property Management, including oversight of tenancies, utilities, property inspections, and portfolio operations.
- Candidates should possess skills in Lease Administration and Leases, with experience in drafting, reviewing, renewing, and maintaining lease documentation and records.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate, including market trends, valuation principles, and local regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field; relevant certifications in property or facility management are an advantage.
- Experience in portfolio or asset management, tenant relationship management, and coordination with legal and financial institutions.
- Solid analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, with proficiency in using MS Office and basic real estate management software.
- Ability to work independently on-site in Thane, prioritize multiple properties and projects, and maintain high professional and ethical standards.
